The most daring gift you can give yourself [HINT: you can't buy it]

It's Christmas time - and whether you are celebrating or not, this is the time of the year that the whole world seems to be looking for the perfect gift.

While I am sure your gifts for your loved ones are already taken care of, my concern is for what you have decided to give to yourself.

And I have an idea.

Perhaps more than any other year, 2020 has shown us that we live in a special era.

The late 1920s ushered the time of the Great Depression. 
2008 was the start of the Great Recession.
2020 moved us into the age of the Great Reinvention.

Whether it's your career, your organization, your family, or your community, one thing is clear: there will be no "business as usual."

The world is accelerating, with new crises AND new opportunities continuously asking us all to reinvent. To renew. To re-think. To re-imagine.

And that's why the greatest gift we can all give ourselves is to become Chief Reinvention Officers of our own lives.

To give ourselves permission to let go of things that no longer serve us.

To welcome new ways of living and working.

To develop a healthier and more productive relationship with change.
